WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Senior Director, Information Digital Technology

FUNCTION:Information & Digital Technology
LOCATION: Winston Salem, NC
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of the US Information and Digital Technology (IDT) team and is responsible for leading IDT Services for the US, handling the execution of a range of Service management processes in support of services (applications / technologies) deployment and/or day-to-day support for end users.
Reports to: SVP, Information & Digital Technology
Reporting Level: 5 Direct Reports; Team of 10
Geographic Scope: US
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Lead IDT Services team and Third Parties in the US in order to deliver agreed Service level Agreement (IDT Infrastructure, Applications landscape specific to US, End User Services Effectiveness)
- Articulate the IDT Group Technology roadmap for the region in cooperation with Global teams and end markets and guide the implementation in country.
- Define and execute Services line simplification within the US to optimize TCO
- Handle all aspects of US IDT Compliance
- Optimize Local Service catalogue in accordance to Group Standard and consumption-based model;
- Coordinate the IDT Services budget in the US

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- 10+ years’ experience in leading the design and implementation of digital technologies
- Experience in large global organization using in-sourced and out-sourced IDT services and a solid understanding of the management of global services
- Experience of leading teams
- Experience of Driving Infrastructure transformation
- Breadth of knowledge of IDT Service Management methodology (ITIL v4)
- Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field of study and or business experience is preferred
