The company's iconic brands include Newport, Camel, Vuse, and Pall Mall. We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Information & Digital Technology (IDT) team as the Senior Analyst - Information and Digital Technology. This role will be focused on leading technology projects and support for retail activation marketing initiatives. The role is a highly visible, integral part of the Commercial IDT team with tremendous career growth opportunities. This position provides technology leadership in identifying, deploying, and maintaining IT services that contribute to RAI’s success. Exceptional communication and influencing skills are essential attributes necessary for this role to facilitate, communicate, and deliver business outcomes.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist project and support teams with delivery of prioritized assignments
- Lead mid-sized projects
- Direct and manage small teams of support partners and suppliers
- Demonstrate business acumen and understanding of business processes
- Lead the system development life cycle of applications to support business functions
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and identify methods to leverage technology in supporting business functions, showing expertise in some areas
- Analyze and translate business/client need into functional specifications
- Properly demonstrate stakeholder management
Education
4-year degree with a focus in computer science, information technology, business administration or related field strongly preferred
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of IT or related experience with proven project management expertise preferred
