Job Summary

The Lead Manager will support the business by executing, optimizing and delivering best in class omnichannel marketing campaign execution.

Duties

The Adobe Campaign Lead Manager position consists of these 3 main areas:

  • Campaign Design, Build and Execution
  • Campaign Analysis
  • Campaign Ideation

Day-to-Day

  • Contribute to the strategy and manage the process of executing email, direct mail and SMS marketing campaigns managing the end-to-end cross channel customer communications across customer life-cycle.
  • Own communication production process for deployments. Build and implement campaign set up, validation, execution, testing and delivery utilizing dynamic content and database integration.
  • Optimize email performance through A/B testing, personalization, creative, and dynamic content management.
  • Define technical and creative requirements for campaigns, partner with database team and other internal teams to leverage relevant data and contribute to content production to ensure seamless email assembly.
  • Monitor internal testing results and industry best practices. Integrate learnings to ensure optimal email results, improved email deliverability, and compliance around permission-based marketing.
  • Troubleshoot any errors that occur with the campaign or with any of the workflows within Adobe Campaign

Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of digital marketing
  • 2+ years experience in the Adobe Campaign platform
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Campaign tools (Marketo, Hubspot, AWeber, MailChimp etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize across many projects
  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues
  • Have a Life-long-learner/problem-solving appetite
  • Knowledge of HTML + JavaScript and/or scripting languages a plus
  • The Lead Manager will support the business by executing, optimizing and delivering best in class marking campaign execution.
