Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is your chance to fast-track your career with a worldwide industry leader. In this year-long foundation-building program, you’ll learn how our global business strategy is creating a better tomorrow for adult tobacco consumers. That includes a two-week intensive experience in the United Kingdom to get a firsthand look at our global business and connect with a seasoned professional for mentorship.

As a Global Graduate in Finance, you’ll get exposure to the commercial elements of the business across Marketing (Consumer and Trade Marketing) and Supply (Operations). 

Your immersion into the Commercial Finance function will allow for a deep understanding of the commercial drivers of the business including pricing, cost management, and marketing investment for all our categories including combustibles, traditional oral, and new product categories.  Supply Finance supports all categories, including combustibles, traditional oral and new product categories such as vapor and modern oral – each with unique production challenges. 

Program Activities

  • Participate in on-the-job training and development plans
  • Gain exposure to multiple functional areas to understand our business and competitors
  • Work with a mentor to gain support and feedback
  • Network with industry professionals
  • Earn hands-on experience in our retail environments

Requirements

  • Obtained Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business, or a related field within the last three years
  • Global mobility
