Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptionally talented art director to lead the ideation, design and delivery of digital marketing campaigns for one of our innovative new category brands. This candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating marketing and/or content campaigns across digital channels. You can translate business objectives and marketing strategies into actionable ideas and know how to tell stories that drive engagement and conversion. You have your pulse on creative trends with a design sensibility that cuts through to deliver results. A deep understanding of and ability to generate ‘social first’ initiatives is a must.
Working closely with the entire creative team, including the creative director, designers and copy writers you will articulate and sell big ideas to the wider marketing activation leadership then deliver those ideas in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven ability to create and direct high-quality campaign creative across digital channels
- Proficient in digital, social, AV and print formats
- Expertise in developing and delivering product content - subscription service experience a plus.
- Provides leadership, coaching and guidance to a team of digital designers and a copywriter
- Maintain momentum around creative concepts as a core part of the team responsible for delivering them
- Cross-functional relationship building to ensure alignment on high quality deliverables
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in design, advertising or other related specialization.
- 6+ years of professional experience in digital design and / or advertising
- Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Able to work on multiple jobs concurrently, meet deadlines and manages time on projects
- An impressive online portfolio that demonstrates quality digital campaign creativity
