BAT HONG KONGIS LOOKING FOR A GTR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid-Senior Level
FUNCTION: Marketing
LOCATION: Wan Chai,Hong Kong
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
The role is responsible for planning, negotiating and implementing key initiatives that drive volume, market share growth and profitability in a defined portfolio of accounts in line with the GTR Marketing Strategy and guidelines.
Reports to: Customer Group Manager
Reporting Level: Manages Self & Others
Geographic Scope: DRBU
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Managing Key Accounts within a geographical area spanning across Asia Pacific.
- Building and developing customer relationships.
- Seek and explore new business potential in line with company expectations and protocol.
- Deliver volume, market share, and profit as per expectations.
- Improve BAT Global Drive Brands showcase potential.
- Work closely and cross-functionally with local end-market contacts and central teams.
- Provide development and mentor to team members, ensure progression within the organization.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Strong trade marketing experience in a managerial position within a multinational company (preferably in key account management and in the FMCG segment)
- Global travel retail experience is advantageous
- Strong analytical, customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Excellence communication skill and ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently whilst being results-oriented
- Willingness to travel
