FUNCTION: GBS ENA

LOCATION: Bucharest

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

 The role is responsible for transitioning EM activities into GBS.

Reports to: Strategic Projects Lead GBS

Reporting Level: Management

Geographic Scope: GBS ENA

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Work with Transition Leads to successfully support the transition region including oversight of inflight transitions and planning for subsequent transition waves;
• Support Regional transition team resource management;
• Offer support so that all tasks/aspects within the Transition are well managed and consolidate pending activities as per escalation plan for the project;
• Manage risks and issues registers throughout the lifecycle of a business process transition, acting as the key interface between the EM, GBS. HR , Legal, Compliance and Regions;
• Provide accurate and timely update reports on project status, meeting minutes, issue logs and risk registers to both internal and external clients;
• Provide consistent and effective communication between GBS and stakeholders (EM, other functions) – ways of working;
• Ensure consistency and efficiency/effectiveness of rollouts in line with global process
• Identify and co-ordinate continuous improvement initiatives i.e. lessons learned from previous transitions.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

•  Experience and certification in Project Management (PMP);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to deliver impactful presentations and proven experience in high level negotiations that are effective and yield results;
• Previous experience in major Transformation businesses or in the large enterprise leading digital initiatives;
• University degree in a business-related subject area, ;
• Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing a change agenda as well as a wealth of experience in designing solutions that solve both conventional and complex business challenges;
• Strong Facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills.
